Paul Flood

We have welcomed Paul onto the team toward the end of 2023. He brings a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, both from his years of seeing his father work and from his own passion since joining the insurance world in 2011. His journey in the industry has honed a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your insurance needs and experience with Financial Independence is carefully addressed.

Paul describes his working life as diverse and interesting; he loves nothing more than to learn, and spent a number of years achieving a Master’s in Philosophy. Don’t be fooled by his professional demeaner though, as a self-confessed ‘repressed bogan’, Paul adds a touch of down-to-earth Kiwi manner to his approach.

With 3 adult children Paul understands the importance of safeguarding your family. Outside of the office Paul enjoys mountain biking or trout fishing (truly showing his patience).
