While she’s not being the self-appointed CEO (chief entertainment officer) for her 2 young boys, you will also find Emma at Financial Independence as our Customer Outcomes Manager.

With extensive experience as a Senior Underwriter for NZ’s largest locally owned insurer, and prior to that a Case Manager working with some of New Zealand’s largest corporates managing high risk workplace accident and injury claims, Emma brings a unique skill set to the team.

Her passion for making a difference and getting the best outcomes possible for our client’s is what motivates her the most.

Emma works closely with our Adviser Team to present your insurance or claim application to the chosen insurer and assists where required to get the best results for our clients.
